This program is created for our customers who have installed working printers and may not want to deploy our Managed Print Program. For those machines, we have created an

Out Of Warranty Service Agreement   

This program insures your printer will be brought back to life if a service part fails. 

Focused on Hewlett-Packard laser and color laser printers with a Twelve Month Support Agreement. You can get peace of mind knowing that your printer’s hardware will be covered for breakdowns with a fixed annual payment. This insurance includes all labor and non-consumable parts relating to failures. This coverage does not include consumable kit parts like fusers, rollers and toner. Please call or email for info on consumable parts if required.  

A free preexisting condition inspection will be required to verify your printers condition and functionality. Any work needed to bring the printer back to standard condition must be performed before the agreement is accepted. Parts and labor will be charged at our standard rate.  

This a basic protection plan and is unlike our Premium Managed Print Service Program.  This service includes an annual visit to remove machine covers, clean thoroughly, lubricate, inspect and complete a calibration.
